2. Global Warehouses & Dispatch

To ensure fast and seamless delivery, we operate multiple fulfilment hubs globally:

Regional Warehouses: USA, UK, South Korea, and China

How Orders Are Shipped:

Retail Orders: We always try to dispatch your order from the warehouse closest to your destination country (e.g., US orders from the US warehouse) to ensure the fastest transit time. However, depending on stock availability, your package may be fulfilled directly from any of our international hubs (UK, US, Korea, or China).
Wholesale & Bulk Orders: All bulk/wholesale orders are processed directly through our central production hub in China and are shipped via sea freight (vessel) or dedicated air cargo.

3. Order Processing & Shipping Times

Order Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time (Retail): 5 to 12 business days (depending on destination and inventory location).
Wholesale & Bulk Orders: Shipping timelines vary based on vessel schedules and order volume. Specific tracking and transit details will be provided upon dispatch.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can easily track your package anytime using our Track My Order page or directly via the courier portal.

5. Customs, Taxes & Duties

For most standard retail orders, customs fees are not applicable. However, any international duties, taxes, or clearance charges imposed by your local government remain the responsibility of the customer.
